Run for the NSPCC

Take part in a running event and do something amazing for children.

image 1Over 3,000 people took part in events for the NSPCC in 2010, from 5k runs to marathons and even triathlons. Whether you are an experienced runner or a complete beginner, there will be an event that's right for you. We really appreciate the commitment of our fantastic supporters in return we promise to support you every step of the way.

Why your support counts

Every single penny you raise will help children and young people who so desperately need support and protection.

image2We're trying to solve an enormous problem - ending cruelty to children in the UK. Every year we rely on public donations for around 85 per cent of our funds. That means almost all of our children's services, consultancy, campaigning and advice is funded by people like you.

Together we protect children from harm. Together we help to transform the lives of those children who have experienced abuse. You make it possible for us to stand up for children's rights, to research the issues and work with others, and to provide services directly to children.

A child we recently helped said, "I can't forget what happened but I am able to live and grow. I can't thank you all enough." Your support can also stop many more children from experiencing abuse in the first place.

Without you, none of this would be possible. So please, get involved today .
