The Laureus Sport for Good Foundation
Funding and promoting sport as a tool for social change
This is your chance to join the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation team in a major running event of 2012!
Laureus World Sports Academy Training Days
Laureus runners have the unique opportunity to take part in a training day with a Laureus World Sports Academy member. This day provides participants not only with helpful training advice and support but also offers the particular inspiration that only an Olympian can provide.
Exact details for 2012 are yet to be confirmed but will be posted here once they are available. In February 2010, Laureus runners spent an action filled morning with Double Olympic gold medal winner, Daley Thompson.

What Laureus projects get:
Through your hard work, the money you raise will be donated to the 78 projects that Laureus supports all over the world who are striving to change the lives of hundreds of thousands of young people. Whether it’s giving young people in Britain the opportunity to separate themselves from gang crime or educating African children about HIV/AIDS, it is all done through sport.
Laureus Academy member Boris Becker believes the secret behind sport as a tool for change is “it has its own rules; it knows no skin colour, no religion, no boundaries.” Click here to find out more about the projects we support.
