Blogs are online logs or diaries that you can set up FREE of charge. Other runners will be able to read your entries and comment on your experiences, they can also ask you questions and make suggestions. Why not do the same for them!

Why set up a blog?

Keeping a blog while you’re training helps you to:

  • Set out key goals
  • Monitor your progress
  • Record your training stats
  • Keep yourself motivated
