H.E.A.R.T UK has attracted a team of almost 400 runners – Teamredlaces – for this year's race. We are delighted to have such dedicated runners on board.

 

The members of Teamredlaces not only raise funds for our work supporting those families already diagnosed with inherited high cholesterol (IHC), and lobbying for better detection of those at risk, but they also raise vital awareness of the condition amongst family, friends and work colleagues. Many have already lost someone special to early cardiovascular disease caused by IHC, many have the condition themselves or are healthcare professionals intent on saving lives. Even those who had no prior knowledge of IHC have become passionate ambassadors for H.E.A.R.T UK.

 

In return for your support in next year's VLM, we will provide you with Teamredlaces running vest and training T-shirt, a comprehensive fundraising pack, pre-race get-togethers, cheering points en route, post-race reception, and much appreciation.
