Women of all ages and abilities can take part to run, jog or walk the 5K. You can enter individually or as a team of ladies - it's up to you! By taking part in this great event in aid of Guide Dogs, you will be helping us to continue our mission of providing guide dogs, mobility and other rehabilitation services to blind and partially sighted people. Guide Dogs are delighted to announce that they have guaranteed places available in the 2011 event, or you can join our team using your own entry.

Guide Dogs are passionate about making your race day the best it can be. We will offer you your own supporter care representative, online fundraising page, technical 'Saucony' running top, and full support pack with helpful fundraising tips and training hints.
