The Child Bereavement Charity is the UK’s leading charity that supports families and educates professionals both when a child dies and when a child is bereaved. Every year the charity trains around 5000 professionals across health care, social care, education, the emergency services and the voluntary sector. It also provides a support and information service, award-winning resources, an interactive website with online forums, and Buckinghamshire-based family bereavement support.
As a national charity, our ability to help grieving families and the professionals who care for them depends on the generosity and support of concerned individuals. People do challenges for CBC for all kinds of reasons, and often for more than one - to help the charity, in memory of someone, to try something new, improve fitness, even to fulfill lifelong dreams and ambitions. Whatever your reasons, we are extremely grateful for your support. We will always try to look after you, because we really appreciate what you are doing for CBC. Any donation to support the work of the Child Bereavement Charity will help to improve the support offered to bereaved children and families both at the time of a bereavement and in the weeks, months and years following.
