adidas Women's 5K Challenge

The adidas Women's 5K Challenge is one of the country's biggest women only races. The 5km race takes place simultaneously in London, Birmingham and Liverpool, with over 30,000 women expected to take part. You can join them as a member of the Asthma UK team!

Whatever city you choose, the race is an amazing event to take part in. The atmosphere is always fantastic and it's a great family day out.

To secure your place, go to the adidas Women's Challenge website . Entry is £15 and there is no minimum sponsorship. If you nominate Asthma UK as your chosen charity then £5 of your entry fee goes to Asthma UK. Once you have a place - please join the Asthma UK team. We will provide you a fundraising pack, training tips and a bright Asthma UK T-shirt to help you stand out in the crowd.
