The triathlon is now the fastest growing multidisciplinary sport in the UK . It's the perfect event for those looking for a new challenge, and it's great for all levels of fitness as you can compete at a distance to suit you.

If you think you've got what it takes to rise to the challenge in the 2010 Mazda London Triathlon, all you have to do is pay a £50 registration fee and raise either £500 for Individual Entry, or £350 per member in a team of three for Team Entry sponsorship.

You'll be getting fit and enjoying a super event while raising money to help improve the health and well-being of the 5.4 million people with asthma in the UK .
