The Octavia Foundation is a registered charity supporting people living and working in central and west London. In 2008 we directly supported over 1500 people through our project work and over 5000 through our community events. We were set up by Octavia Housing, a highly respected housing association founded by the Victorian pioneer, Octavia Hill.
